i am what i eat

my lunch pagi ni



nasi, sayur campur, tempe dan telur rebus

aku da tak buat diet atkins, tuka angin. tapi kira aku still diet la jugak..or whatever you call it..hehe..malam makan awal around 7pm, minum banyak air..tu je.

raya rak lama lagi, nak kurusss. hahah kbyee
